The Gathering Barn at Diamond R Ranch, Marble Falls/Harrison, is a 4,000 sqft Wedding and Event Venue. The Gathering Barn is perfect for wedding celebrations and vow renewals, birthday parties and Quinceañeras, engagement parties, baby showers and gender reveal, conferences and conventions, corporate events, Christmas parties and holiday events, ALL YEAR ROUND!
We have AIR CONDITIONING (and heat, of course) along with a Dressing Room, and Handicap-Accessible Bathrooms totaling 5 bathroom stalls. We also have a Kitchenette with a large refrigerator, freezer, chafing dishes, sink, and a plating area: perfect for your caterer's needs or your potluck supplies. Additionally, we have a wonderful Game Room, filled with games and toys for kids and adults alike; including ping-pong, shuffleboard, electronic basketball, vintage video games, mini pool, board games, and lots of other toys/games! With plenty of room indoors and outside, The Gathering Barn is the perfect fit for any and all types of events.

Pricing
Our prices vary based on a few variables, such as the date (peak dates, weekends vs weekdays), type of event (wedding, birthday, conference, etc.), and the estimated number of guests (20 people vs 200 people). Our main goal is to work with you and your budget, with the end goal of The Gathering Barn being home to your special event.
Everything written above, and so much more, is included in the price. We have no hidden fees and virtually no add-ons, this is because we want fully transparent pricing. The price we tell you is the price you pay!
Price Range (Approximate and varies from booking to booking)

Weddings: $3,000 to $4,000 based on size and date (12-14 hours included)

Weddings and Vow Renewals​

Please note: A Reception Only would range in price of $1,000 to $2,000 depending on several factors including guest count and amount of time needed

Hourly Parties: $75 an hour to $150 an hour (4 hour minimum) based on size and date

Small Events such as Birthdays and Baby Showers, with less than 50 guests​

"All-Day" Events: $1,000 to $2,000 based on size and date (8-12 hours included)

Larger Events such as Quinceañeras and Corporate Events with over 100 guests​

Any Party (not Weddings) that require "all-day" bookings.

While we may not be the cheapest wedding and event venue in the area, we offer so much more than a building to rent for the day. From no hidden fees or any add-on costs to our flexibility in every area, we choose to be different.

After a Non-Refundable deposit due at the contract signing, we talk to you and come up with a payment plan that best suits your budget. Whether that be monthly, quarterly, or all at once, we will work with you.
